Lookout Cabin is a Premium Rental Cabin at NEOC. Lookout has views over the resort and onto Mount Katahdin. This unit sleeps 7-12 people and has 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 queen and 2 twin beds, 2 1/2 baths and an open concept kitchen and living space equipped with satellite TV. The Bedrooms are large and spacious and there is an outdoor wraparound deck on the first floor, that makes for an excellent place to spend the evening, gazing at the stars or grilling out. TROUT MOUNTAIN #12
Trout Mountain rental cabin is located in the center of the resort and features great views of Katahdin, Maine’s highest mountain. The cabin features stunning woodwork and comes completely furnished with leather furniture, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and large dining area and living space with satellite TV. There are three private bedrooms, and 2 baths. Two of the bedrooms are in their own separate wing, allowing for privacy with a large group. In addition, there is another lofted sleeping area with full ceiling height and a wide staircase that overlooks the main room. Among the 3 bedrooms and loft you have 6 queen and 2 twin beds. Bears Den rental cabin is located on the point facing the water. The cabin features stunning woodwork and comes completely furnished with leather furniture , a modern kitchen and large dining area. Guides Cabin is one of the older cabins on the property, and is also the most popular! It is located in the heart of the resort. Guides has a wood burning stove, 2 private bedrooms (with 1 full bed in each), and 2 walk-through bedrooms: One with a Twin Bed, one with a Full-Sized Bed – on the first floor floor. Upstairs has an alcove bedroom with 2 single beds. The entire cabin sleeps 9 people total. It is rustic and has undergone some renovations in recent years. Additionally inside of the cabin is 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and living room area.

SANDY STREAM #17
Sandy Stream Cabin is for larger groups or multiple families. This small rental cabin is perfectly designed for couples, families or groups of 1-6 people. Wadleigh Brook is cozy, has lots of character and comes with a view of a cove on Millinocket Lake. It is equipped with two full beds plus one set of bunk beds. Wadleigh Brook has a traditional log cabin exterior with a newly renovated interior.
